Hey Erin,

Would it be possible for you to switch out the photo you have of my on the article you posted on your website for this updated one? You can size it down. :)

Have you ever thought about coaching as a side gig? You have the graduate level of education and plenty of niche talent and experience to offer clients.

LOL. I'm actually working on expanding my practice to add coaches in various areas of the U.S. It's a perfect way to apply your specialized knowledge and skills to help others while earning extra income in minimal time. You'd need to go through coach training and certification but you'd make up the investment with your first one or two full paying clients. I am IN LOVE with coaching. I'm thinking you'd be great with graduate students, aspiring writers, aspiring educators, aspiring photographers, young moms trying to balance work and home life, those in need of consulting around grant writing, etc.

Take a look at this coach specific training program: http://worldcoachinstitute.com/courses/professional-coach-certification.html

It's $2300 for the accredited training by teleclass. It's accredited through the ICF and CCE and it's one of the cheaper ones that offers payment plans.

I'd be interested in having you join Snug. The goal of the team through Snug would be to have a group of coaches that can compliment one another's services and contribute a small percentage of earnings through Snug into a pot to help cover marketing and continuing education costs for the group. So, the organization would get a 15% cut of the fees you bring in. 10% would go into the marketing/continuing education pot and 5% would come to me as the owner. So, think of that 10% as investing in growing your coaching/consulting clientele through ongoing training and marketing for the org. That way even your coach training would be partially covered through Snug. My clients sign a contract to coach for 6 months at $400/monthly. Your fees could be higher due to the higher standard of living where you are.  I allow room for some clients to sign on at $300/month for 6 months if they can't afford $400. That's a sliding scale rate. Each of my clients is worth $1800-$2400 minimum. But I also have clients who continue working beyond 6 months and those who add time on to the base package of 1 hour per week. I even have clients who pay for double time. The best part is that you're able to make good money applying your unique expertise from the comfort of your own home much of the time in a way that helps others move forward and allows you more time with your kiddos.

I can't buy the entrepreneurial spirit, passion about your trade, passion about education, and graduate level education. Those are unique talents. I think this would be an amazing addition to your specialties.  Let me know if you're interested and we can schedule a meeting. I have two other coaches coming on shortly and want to round out the team.
